Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All parcels will be delivered by courier and will require a signature on delivery. If no one is at home when the carrier attempts to deliver your goods, they will leave a contact number for you to arrange a new delivery date.

Please note that your delivery may take longer during busy periods.

Your order will be accepted by Ombre Lamar when the products are collected on your behalf by the relevant delivery company from Ombre Lamar for delivery to your chosen address. Completion of the contract between you and Ombre Lamar’s chosen courier service will take place when the goods have been delivered or there have been at least three attempts to deliver
the goods to your chosen address.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered. In the UK only, you can have goods from the same order shipped to multiple addresses. (Please include the different addresses in the comments section of the checkout process).

Payment, VAT & Customs

Payment is to be made in Pounds Sterling. The rate of exchange will be determined by the exchange rate at the time of purchase. You will be liable to pay any applicable additional processing or administration charge.

All product prices shown on the website are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT.

 

Order Cancellation

 

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel any order you have placed before it has been collected for dispatch by your carrier, please contact Ombre Lamar Customer Service team online at: info@ombrelamar.com As it is our policy to try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order from being collected by your carrier for dispatch. After collection by your carrier for dispatch our Returns Policy will apply. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain
products.

We are unable to accept order cancellations for personalised products.

 

Returns Policy

 

We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered by your carrier to your nominated address. Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging.

We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been opened and tested. Please see the following list for some non-exhaustive examples: Fragrances which have been opened, tested or partially used and which cannot be returned in the same physical state to which they were purchased; Limited Edition personalised bottles.

This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.

 

How to Return or Exchange:

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we have a 14 day returns policy. Please make sure that any items you would like to return are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.

Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued to your original payment method. This will appear on your account within five working days depending on your credit/debit card or bank account.

How to return an item?

If the above conditions are fulfilled, Ombré Lamar shall reimburse to the Customer the total amount paid at the order of the returned Products, using the same manner as the payment for the order, excepted the costs of return, within a maximum period of thirty (14) days from receipt of the return voucher, or – at the latest – from the most recent of the following dates: the day on which Ombré Lamar receives the returned Products, or the day on which the Customer provides Ombré Lamar with proof of expedition of the Products concerned by the exercise of the Customer’s right to cancel, whichever of these days occurs first. In the event that the Customer has expressly chosen a method of delivery more expensive than the standard delivery method proposed by Ombré Lamar, the additional costs shall not be reimbursed and shall be borne by the Customer.

In case of a partial return of Products, the sole price of the returned Products shall be reimbursed by Ombré Lamar excluding the delivery costs, insofar as the Customer has benefited from the delivery service for the items kept and the delivery rates do not change depending on the volume ordered.

We will not be able to process a return until we receive your products and they have been checked.
